A shoot I did in 2010, based on the work of make-up artist Alex Box, by MUA Jessie Young and Richard Paul Photography ( http://www.modelmayhem.com/686772 )

It’s from this shoot that my love of editorial imagery really stemmed. I became more comfortable with being perceived as beautiful or aesthetically pleasing in a non conventional way. The weird suddenly became wonderful, and I feel these are still some of my strongest images to date, even 18months or so on.

Model Photography Workshop’s running in Leeds, which I’ve now been a part of twice this year, and here’s the results. I’m still waiting n some images but so far I’m really happy with the images I have received.

I’ve been modelling on and off for 3 years, and I’m always looking for ways to expand my portfolio. These images are quite simple compared to the range I have now for my portfolio, but some more natural shots are always useful to show a softer more commercial side to me, and it’s day spent doing something I love!

I’m more interested in making images that push boundaries and think outside the box; the weirder the better and I will be posting some of my far out shots. Fashion is a form of expression, a fantasy that can explored in so many different ways and I think that’s something amazing. It gives models, photographers, make-up artists and other creative types the chance to pour out the weird and wonderful things going on in their brains; to create something unique that captures the imaginations of those who are like minded and just as weird and wonderful.

I’m hoping to use Tumblr as a way to gain exposure for me and the creatives I get the chance to work with, so please reblog if you like what you see. I’m new to this so we’ll see how far I get…
